The body of the Communication Skills and Writing Visit Notes Training course covers the key aspects of writing visit notes including how to effectively structure your notes and reports and how to clearly put your message across without confusion or ambiguity. This includes the use of clear and concise language that’s grammatically correct. From the initial gathering of information to editing, spell checking and delivering your notes, we cover everything you will need to become more effective at this key skill. Making useful notes is key to effective outcomes. Learning to document the important aspects of a conversation, especially if you’re a part of that conversation is a skill that can be developed. Our course helps with techniques and strategies to help delegates to increase their skills as effective note takers.
