• Recognising different types of sexual harassment (physical, verbal, psychological and digital)
• Challenging common myths, including “banter” and the difference between intent and impact
• Understanding the impact of sexual harassment on individuals and teams
• Taking reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace
• Identifying risks and recognising where issues may arise
• Creating a culture of respect and openness
