The Dynamic Inclusivity – Disabilities and Impairments Workshop is a practical half-day workshop designed for organisations that want their teams to feel confident, natural and respectful when interacting face to face with disabled people in real, everyday service situations.
Perfect as a standalone workshop or as the natural follow-on to our Dynamic Customer Service Workshop, it builds on existing awareness and policies, turning them into confident, everyday interactions.
Together, we’ll develop a clear understanding of disabilities and impairments, the barriers people may experience and what this means in everyday customer interactions.
This workshop isn’t about getting everything perfect. It’s about helping people feel comfortable, aware and capable.
Learners explore how small, everyday interactions can either include or exclude without anyone meaning to. The focus is on real behaviour and practical application, helping teams ensure all customers are treated as individuals, while recognising disabilities and impairments as part of human diversity rather than something to fix or pity.
By the end of the session, learners feel more confident in how to respond, what to say and when to step in or step back, helping them create customer experiences that are welcoming, respectful and inclusive for everyone.

We take what’s already working and build on it, bringing new energy, fresh perspectives, and practical tools your team can use immediately.
This isn’t “smile more” training. It’s hands-on, people-first, values-led. We look at the customer journey through the lens of your business, where the touch points are, where the wins are, and how to keep customers coming back because of the service, not in spite of it.
This session is for organisations who want their managers, supervisors and team leaders to feel confident, natural and clear when dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace.

Health and Safety in the workplace is a key way of keeping people safe and working effectively. Having a team that are fully trained in assessing and mitigating for hazards and risks is vitally important for the smooth running of your business. Couple that with the important knowledge of Fire Safety and manual handling and this course is a must for all relevant employees within your team. Statistics show that poor manual handling is one of the largest contributors to workplace absence due to injury in the Hospitality and Catering sector. As a consequence we spend time ensuring delegates understand the theory and have an opportunity to have practical experience too (in face courses only).
We’ve also included Infection Prevention and Control Training as part of the day. It too is an essential component of employees knowledge in all industries. The risk of spreading infections in the workplace is ever-present, so your team having the knowledge and strategies to mitigate are of paramount importance.
So we ensure attendees know the most effective ways they can stop the spread of viruses and diseases that could help reduce the risk of infection in your workplace.
This is a great Hospitality Training course for everyone working within your establishment. We look very keenly at the customer journey, their expectations and a lot more besides. Both front and back of house would benefit attending.
