I’m not reflecting

I’m not reflecting.

Let me explain, I reflect on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to analyse what went well, what didn’t go well and try and improve as I go. To reflect on the entire 2024 which had some highs and lows, as all years do, would be going over old ground.

So, I’m not reflecting, I’m only looking back to see how far I have come, which in truth, not as far as I would like. But there is a very good reason for that I think…timing.

Don’t get me wrong, in 2024, I have had a brilliant time, I have been doing things I don’t particularly want to do in 2025 but will need to continue just to keep the pounds rolling in.

However, I have met people and been on courses that have been game changers. I have written and developed training I am very proud of and recently, fate has played due to a chance meeting 2 years ago (and the same fate has been very good to me in 2024).

From that encounter, I may have a brilliant opportunity to do a meaty project in the new year, I’m just sitting tight and see what happens.

Either way, this potential opportunity has made the timing right to step up the Emerald TPDS offering, that had always been the goal from the get-go, and will be revealed next year.

This will be a never ending development for my Company but having experienced the last two years as Emerald TPDS Ltd, I know now, which I did not know then, it will take years, at least 2, to get it to EXACTLY where I want it and there will be a lot of learning on the way…and it will never be EXACTLY where I want it because apparently, I’m never satisfied.
